The 10% cut loss approach is for punters and encouraged by stock brokers as it makes good business sense for them. Serious investors would hv who know the business and financial well do not buy and sell on short term price volitility.

Maybe ,maybe not AR can come out in 6 months,who knows?This coming Q earning will come out end of month,guess huge loses again due to lag in project progress(billing also) and sharp rising material cost,company cash will drop significantly .After suspended i dont know how they PP(0.19 too low) to raise money for working capital ,please bear in minds,running billion ringgit projects !

Good opportunity to buy some today at cheaper price and keep it long term. This company has 1.9 billion orderbook and still growing. Eventually after this bad sentiment from other counters over then it will start to fly.

One way to save this from the spark of SD is the sub to cease to be a sub. But to do so, much lower prices will come.. to be or not to be the sub.... we are trapped in both ways...TAYOR.

Anyway... why the description of KPOWER business is related to producing lingerie? I thought they now in SOLAR, EV and power energy???

【假賬風雲之 #金鵬折翼】

曾在马股上市的金鹏Transmile一度是外資和基金經理的寵兒，當年的大股东是我國首富家族公司，账面盈利丰厚。大多数投资機構和外资都把金鹏列为蓝筹股，它的股价一度高达RM15。

2007年初，市场有消息传出金鹏的账目有问题，股价也大跌至RM10以下。但当时年轻的我太傻太天真，以为股价大跌是买入的良机（巴菲特说：别人恐惧我贪婪嘛！）。况且这支股还有“首富光环”罩着，怕什么？于是我见猎心喜，在基金经理抛售时以RM9购入2000股，准备来个价值投资。

买入后短短几天金鹏股价就回弹至RM10以上，我沾沾自喜，以为自己是大马巴菲特捞底得手，相信这次定会赚一大笔。

岂料到了2007年6月，独立審計師终于公布金鹏管理层做假账。金鹏在前两年的账面盈利高达2.5亿，但審計師却发现这两年其实它蒙受近5亿令吉的巨额亏损。换句话说，金鹏的账目竟然被灌水了整整7.5亿！如此巨额的假账是马股有史以来最大的丑闻，而公司根本没能力偿还早已欠下了巨额的债务。

假账曝光后，投资者惊慌抛售，金鹏股价一泻千里。那幾天我恰好和家人到泰国度假，等我回来时，股价已经惨遭一连两次的跌停板。我急忙以6令吉賣出手上的股票，大亏近40%，是我投资股市以来最惨痛的失败。

而后来的发展显示我在6块钱毅然止损的做法是絕對正确的。随着更多的负面新闻曝光，金鹏的股价继续暴跌到区区6.5仙，还不到当年的0.5%。它也因为无法偿还债务而被列入PN17公司，最终在2011年被除牌。

这宗惊天假账丑闻发生的十多年后，金鹏当时的一位高層在2020年被判处250万令吉罚款和监禁一天（！）。但據報導他却早已潜逃国外，所以至今仍没有任何人受到法律制裁。犯法者依然逍遥法外，小股东們的冤情依然无法获得伸张。

这次的亏损令我記憶深刻，但也让我从错误中学习。我综合自己當年失误的三个原因是：
1. 不懂得从财报中看出灌水的假账。
2. 心存侥幸，以为可以捞底投机。
3. 迷信名人效应，以为是首富的公司就一定没事。殊不知在首富庞大的商业帝国中，金鹏只是他微不足道的kacang putih生意，他根本无暇顾及，以致公司所托非人。

前事不忘，後事之師。从此我对账目存疑的公司避而远之，所以后来马股的几家爆发假账疑云的公司股票（媒岸、银鸟、伦敦、目前正被審計的世霸等等），我全不曾买过。

過去的例子告訴我們，假賬公司的股票交易常見“套路”是：
疑似假賬→股價暴跌→散戶撈底→證實假賬→股價又暴跌→散戶又撈底→PN17→股價繼續暴跌→散戶繼續撈底→股票停牌→除牌或清盤→股票成灰

然而看到許多股友在一些公司的账目被審計師质疑时反而奋勇抢进，我只能暗祝他们好运。连拥有“首富光环”加持的蓝筹股也能被除牌，您真的以为这几家公司的股票能扭转乾坤？
