Boss dun hv to push. Just give a nod n fund managers will come in drove to do the dirty job in a fast n furious fashion. It's a win-win situation ma. The best scenario is no-money boss. Y having the orthodox school of thought that only boss can push n nobody else, aiyoyo. Jungle people is always a jungle people who expect improvement without changes. Sigh.

I have hold this stock for two years ++ and not harm to wait for 3 or 4 months. U all can see their financial results showed an improvement by quarterly.

Dear Frieds At Prinsiptek,

In Year 2005 to 2007 I Bought 3 Construction stocks with "P" Heading.

1) Prinsiptek
2) Protasco
3) Pintaras Jaya

All between 70 Cts to 80 cts only.

Today Pintaras came out the Winner at over RM6.00 (After bonus issue) Protasco almost up 3 times to RM2.00.

It amazes me that Prinsiptek has dropped by 60% instead! Is Prinsiptek a laggard? An opportunity to buy cheap?. I really don't know.

I am surprised that Directors have been selling shares lately. And they sold in millions!

Anyone can give some enlightenment here?

Is easy to explain, Prinsiptek is a empty shell company. No cash, no large landbank and the botak boss like to borrow money!

There's no doubt continue to hold PST and keep buy at low price. This company had experience in contruction,properties development,and also building materials trading. Most reputable/well-known project like Genting Awana and First World completed 90's,VUE Residencies in Jalan Pahang and etc...If you read the annual report, the group really concerned in efficiency of management team and distinct in future mission and vision. So,just be patient to harvest fruity PST in near future.

Protasco Also 70 cts Now Over RM2.00 (Good dividend)
Prinsiptek Also 70 Cts Now A Joke at 31 Cts? (Lost 60%)

I will keep it as my Average margin cost ia around 8 cents after selling partial PST in early stage (gain profit). Keep and see first, it will rebound in one day. Am I right, Emily? Do u think it will drop below 8 cents?
