sorry for misunderstanding. Look for positive aspects then we will be happy or good chi. if we look for negative aspect, then we always think about negative or bad impact or bad chi. If we decided to play share, then we have to decide to lose or win but to the certain extent.

Mg42, yrs attitude for psiptek always negative. We cannot change yrs attitude. I believe the share will shoot up till 40 cents after they intended to change to PST holding. Let us see .

According to Prinsiptek 2013 annual report, the group successfully secured total RM142.80mil contract in FYE2013 and unbilled construction order book worth RM337.41mil. For properties development division,the group future projects to be launch worth approximately RM540mil.(source from psintek annualreport13).
Assuming a conservative margin for construction division and properties development division is 3% and 10% respectively.It would be satisfactory return in coming 5years.
