Emily, true and obviously we are going for capital gains. Most of the listed cos the same. It depends when they want to start to push up the price and declare true profit. Also, their landbank size is negligible and interests are eating into big junk of the profit every year. I am not going for long term and co like PST... is purely speculative play.
