The adjusted EPS of the company is approximately 2.82, and when adjusted to the current share price of the company, AGES is trading at a TTM PER of 1.06 times.

Under the Bursa Construction Index, the normalized valuation for a 5-year average has always been around 6.7 times PER for profitable companies. (Source – Bloomberg)

In other words, AGES is deeply undervalued, with or without positive development from mega projects.

Nevertheless, the company will undergo a share consolidation exercise to reduce the share circulation as an effort to encourage shareholders to stay.

Sadly, most investors had mistakenly taken AGES as one of the other penny stocks.

So my thesis is, why chase after highly valued stocks, when you can buy one at 1/5 of the valuation?

Nonetheless, in order to persuade stockholders to stay, the corporation will go through a share consolidation operation to limit the number of shares in circulation, which it's intention was to try to make investor to stay, long enough for them to utilize the money and start venturing and expanding their business

this is one of it's early stage startup moment which usually the hardest time

To be fair this may not be the best company as it's current state compare to other much more mature companies out their in the market, but as for those who PERSONALLY atttend the meeting before will know, the ambition and plans is workable and its definitely a bumpy but fruitful ride

@SengGor1011, thanks for the numbers and the optimism. But for ppl who bought much earlier - when Ageson got all the big sand contracts - they experience the big fall! Hopefully, with the Perak MBI and other projects and the full funding from the RI, Ageson can recover!
