For ways of gaining with this RI issuance, I have sold AGES-OR and used the $ to buy AGES-PA at 3sen and 3.5sen; in paper gain now. I might post my trade after realizing the gain…So RI and consolidation might be able to make a small profit to compensate for the losses in mother shares prior to the exercises.

Pursuant to the adjustment to the conversion price of the ICPS arising from the Rights Issue ("Adjustment"),
