The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Duopharma Biotech Berhad

subsidiary of RDIF (the “Seller”), to enter into the supply agreement with
DMSB to perform the obligations for the supply of the Vaccine to DMSB as

2. pursuant to the Government Term Sheet, DMSB had on 31 May 2021 received from
the Government for DMSB’s execution a supply agreement dated 25 May 2021
that had been executed by the Government for the supply by DMSB to the
Government of the finished form of the Vaccine upon the terms and conditions
therein contained (the “Government Supply Agreement”), and that DMSB has
executed the Government Supply Agreement; and

3. DMSB has also executed a supply agreement dated 12 May 2021 with the Seller
for the supply to DMSB of the finished form of the Vaccine in the Territory
upon the terms and conditions therein contained.

Market makers shld know that if the price rises higher the value of their holdings is worth more.

These market makers manipulate the q to make it seem that there are more sellers. And scare off weak retailers into selling.
When their own bids are fulfilled, they release the sell q and let the price run up. And then dispose.
