Uncle no longer glove seller now... sudah cabut early this week. because economically speaking, more demand for gloves means more player joining the industry, plus entry barrier is low (Ali Ah kau Muthu can join), which will eventually increase supplies to offset increasing demand. Indonesia and Thailand already start joining the bandwagon. In the long run, ASP will be going down, downward pressure for the equilibrium price and Not much upward opportunities for the share price (due to stiff competition). Pharma, on the other hand, has higher barrier to entry (Ali Ah Kau Muthu cannot simply join), demand is constant (existing products), supply is constant. Maybe just need little catalyst to further push the price (obviously the contract for vaccine and supplements)

It's time to use some common sense to evaluate the glove stocks. Excess demand & supply shortage in the short run has push up the price, but not for long run. That's why uncle take the 203% profit and cabut lo. Maybe put few ringgit in the glove Warrant to main main.

Nicholas99 Vaccine comes out glove price will probably be severely affected because of the market sentiments, not because of the demand. Demand will probably remain all else equal (nurses docs still need gloves for everything), the problem is the increasing supply and overvalued share price.

Airasia's offering is too elastic... Mahal sikit people go to premium airline. Murah sikit they lost money. Also clouded prospects (covid, trade war, fears)

Airasia's business model simply cannot sustain from now on (Covid, bad passenger experience, high cost/low margin structure, more competitions from premium airline). Used to be a good business model, but consumer's preferences has changed. People willing to pay a little bit for more good experience.
