theoritically covid become endemic means it become long term disease among us until reach our own immunity such as chicken pox. Demand will grow but supply grows much faster than demand...so ASP drops sharply....2022 or 2023 will be challenging for glove if China increases further, not talking our increase in local capacity here

China could lose its tariff exemption soon by Sept 30 if a deal is not made within these 2 weeks. Once the tariff exemption is gone, China export to US would be dealt with higher purchase price and this includes all the PPE. That could be the reason why US lifted the ban on Top Glove.

My analysis: JPMorgan's favourite PPE company, TP of RM3.80. Why? Because currently Kossan's market cap is RM7 billion but it's profit for ONE QUARTER is RM1 billion already. Even if Kossan's profit drop by FIVE TIMES, to RM200 million per quarter, it's PE will still be 8. PE 8 even if profit drop 5 times. That is why JPMorgan loves Kossan the most. Kossan also produces a whole lot of Cleanroom gloves. Not just Nitrile. TG, Harta and Supermax are currently overvalued and they only depend on Nitrile gloves for profits. Kossan will be victorious.
