Oil prices trending up; Already unfavourable global business climate; Lousy for competition - local currency strengthening; Shameful leaders - political uncertainty, lousy public sentiments...how can the market be good? On the flip coin it is good because when the misery ends, those who wait can collect the best price for their favourite stocks.

Just for your infor; Mar 2 - Mar 8, local institution selling and foreign fund (ff) buying and ff buying almost at the amount locals were selling. Any coincidence? My2centsense? Don't swim against the tide. Even though it seems fishy, the tide will take out the fishes too.

今年來股價挫36%‧高產尼品擬回購股票
2016-03-11 11:08 （吉隆坡10日訊）馬幣反彈導致高產尼品（KOSSAN,7153,主板工業產品組）股價近期大挫，促使該公司有意展開5年來首次回購股票行動以捍衛股價。

高產尼品在上述消息帶動下，今日股價一度走高至6令吉53仙，尾盤收窄至6令吉50仙，全天起30仙或4.84%，為上升榜首。

該公司創辦人兼首席執行員拿督林寬城接受《彭博社》專訪時表示，“投資者因馬幣回揚而憂慮出口股的前景，對我而言，這是錯誤訊息。”

“業務一切如常，我們已獲批准回購股票，只要我願意，我明天就可行動。”

開年至今，高產尼品股價一度走低35.91%至5令吉96仙。

高產尼品股價下挫，本益比也隨之下滑至16.2倍，創14個月新低。

林寬城說，“如果投資者尋求長遠的投資機會，現在股價已是處於低端。”

林寬城也淡化馬幣走弱對2015年淨利走高的效應，他聲稱，更主要是來自新廠的貢獻，該廠在去年第三季開跑而提振產量。

他認為，“公司今年的淨利可再報雙位數的成長。”

設定5年擴產計劃

他也表示，高產尼品設定5年擴產計劃，在2020年將手套年產量翻倍至44億只。該公司將在接下來2年，致力於自動化生產，並積極縮減人手，將外勞人數減少70%。

林寬城說，公司目前有潛在收購目標，但收購價格仍太高。（星洲日報／財經）
