When I read today article , I hv a feeling that this article is to tell most us to sell n he will absorb from the Market .he has lost in the warrant battle, where else he want to buy ?it's just my thinking as a beginner . The yesterday story is difference , Shah is try to bring up the price so that his potential enermy will not get cheap price from the Market ..but one thing for sure, they all can see the VALUE of this company ..
Pathew, I'm not tunjuk pandai , but I hope u can correct me if I'm wrong. Rocket sincerely ask for advice :)

but according to my friends working in the Star, actually the number of readership actually fell and business no good. So that was the perception built! but for the management to come out and put things straight, that is admirable before the rot starts!

From now till EGM or AGM, Shah Hakim hv the majority voting rights to include IJM into scomi as majorshareholder. If Abu Sahid still interested with Scomi, then he needs to buy more shares from other shareholders and nominees. Previously,he bought shares at 40sens/share. So there you will get another benchmark. And if others taking advantage of this, the price will soar.

If Abu Sahid got it, then I'm not sure about the future of scomi, but all I know, IJM won't come in and scomi will still be in debt.

If IJM is onboard, IJM will be majorshareholder, more capital injection into Scomi and IJM will take their debts.

For now,better take the advantage of the internal wars in scomi,fundamentally, the monorail business and the drilling mud supply is a gem!!!

problem is, the award for marginal oilfields can go to another bidder just as easily out of spite from Dr M. and yes, a retreat by IJM will hurt scomi holders deeply! Abu doesn't have a problem with IJM coming in, as he said before! he declared before he is a passive investor! I do see Shah win the votes, but like said before, the cancer cells are not removed yet! this has to be dealt with eventually!

i cannot talk further as this will hurt scomi's price! you guys got to find out for yourself.
