As per happening with scomies, I suspects scomi did receive payment, partial. And to compensate the balance amount owned to maybank, they would need to dispose scomies.

@Ron90, where did you learn that Prasarana must pay RM181 mil in 14 days? The refurbishment cost is RM181 mil, but I can't find any info saying that Prasarana will pay upfront within 14 days.
