Political stability issue!!. Higher oil price will not have major impact in moving the stock price at the moment. Just monitor the flow of foreign equity fund. When it return to bursa then the bull run will start.

problem with company got billion shares available, like elephant difficult to move..imagine, just 10% (2 cents) will be translated into hudreds of million capital appreciation.. good quality stock easy to move shall be not more than 2 billion NOSH, best if less than 1 billion nosh.
