yes yes but dun forget that Knm has been reporting 2 conseq of profits despite weakness of Euro currency at a all time low too - sure it will affect them but if Euro start picking up they will benefit too and of course if it goes worse then you know :). The privatise thing was a stunt to jack up the price and they ( the directors and general himself )were actually fined by Bursa for pulling a not so funny one- measly though.

you got to know also, from accounting practise, your accounts must be with the auditors 2-4 months prior if annual report and 1 month at least before quarterly. has the price been factored in then or at today's weakness? Speaking of that, i am also confident that Mflour pricing has not factored in the Raya celebration consumption then :)

nah actually shareholders were FOR it because it was .90 x 4 = 3.60 at today price :) he is not stupid - dun be surprise it he let it slide now and then do 1 more but need more acceptance now due to new guide from Bursa. They KNM was the last company to do the old guide ( can't really remember )takeover as Bursa now makes it a little harder for company to do them.
