Here is a strategy: if i am trading KNM, i would get share, not the rights issue. I believe the rights issue could make the investor stuck here. (but pls note i am not against KNM or anything not buying rights).

KNM share may jump again after 3rd Quarter, that's where punters can offload them when market buys into Lee's story that KNM may be recovering. give yourself plenty of margin of safety!
