Don't get me wrong. Black hole formation is not a term in classical Technical Analysis but rather a description I felt strong and can be used in the current situation. Meteor Scientist defines it as an area in the galaxy/space where everything got sucked in and never come out... just the case of KNM now trying to create a false "run-up" to trap greedy investors. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_hole

Shareholders questioned why KNM had 2 EGM and 1 AGM this year and still no sign the problem is over. Why they need the money? What if the Rights cannot go, will the company goes under PN17 ? Can the Management guarantee there will be no more fund raising? Why issue so many warrants and that's only benefit the major shareholder?

all these questions were not properly answered in my opinion. Q&A still going on pass 12 noon. Sick of this!

One shareholder questioned the recent run-up is too artificial and may fall again after the EGM. If it really goes below 50sen, can the Rights Issue still proceed. Comically, the Management answered "e...ar...e...ar... not sure..." really no standard!

Can't give you a full report... but rest assured the major shareholders and directors will bulldoze it and get it through. So the Rights is approved. Whether they can launch it is another story. If all shareholders buy buy buy, then it shoot past 50sen, then they can launch. If all sell, sell and sell and go below 50sen, then cannot launch.

It all depend whether shareholders still want to give them money. If you have deep pockets and like this con-counter, then push it through 50sen and subscribe the Rights later... my savings now is for my cucu-cicit

I also not worried oil price is usd20, 40, or usd100 per barrel. I only fear company keep on asking for money! As a shareholder, I want to make good investment and receive dividend, but looks like investing in KNM is a negative dividend scenario!
