Sardin81,monday market opens will know whether it is a rumour or hard reality for Lee. A RM36.4 million contract in Egypt won't churn out such a hugh volume! There must something much bigger than this small, small overseas contracts. May be very hugh project locally, where KNM so far did not get....
Previous knm own borsig but also own underperform asset mainly from Arab and Canada that caused continue losses, last year end they clean up RM561.29m asset include RM337.58m tax loss carry forward. This made their asset shinning again and create value investor attention
Morning wake up, now look like the share has been start wake up. Nightmare is over. With hiigh quality Ethanol product , Chervon already book KNM Thai ethanol plant output 40% for the next 5 years. This link a project company transform it business into high end retail reccrring income. Next year, once additional 300,000 litet per day 2nd phase plant complete, Ethanol segment will contribute at least 20% of group revenue.
Really laugh die people... I told sohai and socai I bought a lot at 0.185 but they don't want believe.
Because they only bought few and talk 3 talk 4 and talk the knm to sky... really like to make up the story for siok dendiri... At least I won't do that.
If I am the Knm boss and the thing is so solid, I will sell underwear and privatise at 0.5 and won't let socai and sohai got illusion daily.
Wake up lah.... But I like idiots talk about rm3 or rm64 or x4x4x4.
ubi is the base material for ethanol production, the authourity should encourage planting of ubi,let it be like those day where planting of rubber is so widespread , its provide income for planters, shallholders, etc etc , put ubi planting into this system as economic assist but the set up of first ethanol plant by knmha ha
The boss may get financially loss due to last many years margin call. They now realise the important of shareholding, they start buy back from open market. Based on nta RM0.65,, anytimes just pay few hundred million, someone can immediate control 51% stakeholders. Where can control a company that able generate hundred million profits.
Warrant B maturity date 21.4.2020 and exercise price is RM1.00,definitely out of money. It is better and safer to buy mother@32 sen than WB.You can sleep better Dream2 Truth as you name suggest.Buying warrant is like gambling in casino, may as well go to Genting play Big/small...
My argument regarding recent knm’s price hike differ fr Sardin. Sardin argument is because of fight for control over German Borsig that spike the price but .... my reasoning is some quarter with govt connection are buying up knm in anticipation of knm securing big chunk of govt contracts(Petronas n other ministries) . These ppl are buying to take control of knm. Watch out for price hike coming days/weeks. Sardin’s target price RM1-3 is achievable soon.
Look at the 30 major shareholders of knm n warrants, names like TKH, TKK n OCK are well- connected n creditable ppls. Better keep quiet, can kena charge for insider trading
Riko, u bought at 185... Pity me las time I bought at 500... Price even higher than u. How to run away. Hv to giv to cucu cicit, next time will shoot up to 600¢, I hope. What to do? This stock is famous for KNN. U know what I mean?
Thailand is the world largest cassava (ubi) exporter which contributes 60% globally. Cambodia and myamar is about 20% with 3 countries combined together will be 80% worldwide.
Impress ethanol - KNM ethanol factory is located 100km away from Cambodia and no problem to get an easy source for such raw material to produce ethanol.
KNM ethanol with hightech equipment is producing 99.99 a standard purity ethanol and 40% of their ethanol with fixed supply contract to Oil and gas industries for 5 years.
Cassava is very easy to grow with dry condition of soil and it is very cheap to maintain. In fact Nigeria is the biggest having plantation of cassava globally but for Thailand is the biggest exporter.
Impress Ethanol KNM has no problem to get feed material like cassava to produce ethanol. Also, KNM has their own plantation land with 80 over acres land surrounding the factory to plant cassava.
Please do not put high hope on silly price as you mentioned. My expectation to KNM price as follows:
RM 0.35 is for sure with average 1st quarter report base on PER of 15
RM 0.40 to RM 0.60 is for sure because the recent awarding of many contracts and recovery of oil and gas industry.
RM 0.65 reflecting on KNM NTA
RM 0.65 to RM 1.00 If the above mentioned are continuing, provided 2nd quarter report still profitable and more and more intuition, group investment will be In which has already met their investment criteria with increase of revenue and 2 consecutive quarterly profit.
RM 1.00 to RM 1.30 if the company intends to exercise the warrant by pushing mother share up. so that the warrant holder will subscribe to mother share.
RM 1.30 to RM 2.00 depending how far KNM can generate its profit and revenue. with RM 2.00, KNM Market capital is already RM 5.2 Billion i think is not possible to achieve within the next 2 year. unless KNM can generate yearly profit of RM 347 Million basing on PER 15
Let's put our hope to surpass RM 0.40, 0.65, If any positive news with 2nd quarter profit by end of August 2019, then we should hold until RM 1.00
with borsig ( hokkien called bo seed ) , already worth rm68/share ... is the german big big big big big big big big big big big biggest company ... you tau apa.
so 68/share is realistic ... if not later you kena "杀丁" kao kao
