Sometimes, while I'm reading the comment here it will make me panic when people started to put some negative vibes about this counter. I'm newbie and this is my first investment, although only small money.. hahahaa! Personally, I'll kept this counter for long term investment and I have faith with KNM's diversification strategy from project based income to recurring income.

it is hard to find another Company that has such expertise and proven track record like KNM. It has good management skills and ability to steer the Co out of difficult times and persevere with its longer term objectives and goals.
Now that Impress Ethanol is starting to bear fruit, Borsig, Peterborough by 1st half 2021... there is really no way to estimate its value in this current time...
I agree with Sardin..RM3 is not absolute..

recurring income stock almost always command higher PE and valuation...and during downturn almost always drop a little compare to contract type of counter
