Food for thought. The eps only comes in strong in the 4th quarter when the CUMULATIVE 3rd quarter still recorded massive loss which resulted in negative NTA of -17sen. The profit from construction overseas can't just come in only in the final quarter. Had somewhere gone wrong?

The net asset value is now declared as RM0.14 but the stock price shot up until RM0.385 this morning...and the financial statement is yet to be audited.... I really pity the stock chaser.

Kevin, that's what I tot too. It's a clear case of shiok sendiri cos the dateline for the PN17 is coming up round the corner, so it's very very dicy for those who chased the share price up. More of manipulation. Why take this in only in the 4th quarter? In 3rd quarter, it was still negative NTA at -17sen.

Please recall the history....in 2009, the financial statement could not be finalized on time in Aug 2009 and penalized by the Bursa, due to "some account problem" in one of its subsidiary..See star newspaper on 6 Aug 2009 titled " Bursa reprimands LFE Corp".. and Sin Chew news title " 未如期提呈財報‧隆發8董事遭譴責罰款".... I hope this info help all investors.

And the restructuring involves a massive par value reduction of half at least, to be followed by rights issue. That's why the figure incorporated from the Abu Dhabi project to paint a good picture.

Kevin, I was looking at this when it was hovering at 6.5 and waiting to see how the regularisation plan would pan out. Never in my mind, they would incorporate the Abu Dhabi earnings in this 4Q results.
