Up or down depends on fund manager and market maker want to goreng or not. No matter how good the fundamental is, if nobody want to goreng then the price movement will be limited. Thats the truth about price movement

@jessie tapah项目 is launching soon, then will together with teluk intan, setiawan 三个大项目走 ，盈利和revenue 很理想

目前缺点就是rcps 可是老板目前74％ 近期不会转换 加上 esos 15％ 是利空， 现在很明显剩下的都是长期投资者

目前股价横摆很明显是因为要vwap 10％ 折扣
短期要看到利润的就走吧

有一个会计师Kenneth kar seah lim自称做了10多年，他自己讲的。但是这里放不到照片。我就copy paste。
你们分析一下对方讲的。

1) 为何需要走后门上市？你自己想想。
2) 房地产在这个时候真的那么好赚，尤其是在霹雳州的中价屋？自己想想。
3) 它去年挂牌前通过私下配股集资，连我身边一个朋友只是小人物都受到邀请认购。你觉得有没有问题？
4) 基本面不过关，自己去看看账目运用three statement model, income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement, 看看revenue的波动，看看receivables 和inventories 的波动in %。。正常吗，自己探讨？

这间公司的账目，我比较skeptical, 可能职业病吧。。哈哈。做了10多年的审计，在国际四大纵横中西方和上市公司的是账目。看了这家公司的账目，我敬而远之。

very obvious manipulated by big boys for lower vwap for the ESOS tabled for 28th June..it will not goes up till 28th June

been monitoring the volume and it is getting obvious for the past few days memang kena tekan for no reason...

ini counter mau kena sabar.. Dato, u have been proactive promoting your stock and we buy your idea. Dont let us down...and yes, i know you are monitoring our comments in both i3 and klse screener because i have fren working there. haha
