听说会有新一轮的private placement。老板手上还有500多million的rcps股，现在老板握着75%所以不能再convert。 要来多一次private placement 来冲淡老板持股比例才能够convert 剩下的rcps。 管理层近期用了7千多万来买地皮，现金流都是负流出。

就是不爽为什么要压到酱低，收了这么久收了个寂寞。这么有前途为什么股价一直压到低低。分明就是要给老板们买esos，这种不会照顾小股东的公司真的让人失望。
