This company is a complete joke, how the heck are they going to attract new investors when their website hasn't been updated for god knows when? Their website is the first thing new customers and investors will see and they just leave it to rot. Aren't disclosures a part of the listing requirements in Bursa? Take a look at page 2 using the link I have included.

Looking at the IR workbook by Bursa and how the company handles their IR, it is no surprise that the company's valuation is dogshit and now they are talking about NASDAQ? Oh please

I don't trust their numbers and I am sure many don't hence why the share price is still like that.

Ask yourself why Deloitte -> BDO -> SBY Partners -> Cheng & Co all within about a year, I have never seen a company like that in Bursa

I think auditors will know that in general the audit workdone and the working papers(literally paper and not even excel) in the smaller less well known firms are lacking a lot compared to even the mid-tiers or firms like Deloitte, that's why I have doubts.

Long story short, small firms in general are far less stringent in their audit workdone and testing.
