For those who are new to ARBB, the increase in revenue is mainly caused by a shift in core business model. ARBB had evolved from a traditional lumber upstream player to an enterprise solution provider as well as IoT player. But again, revenue doesn’t prove anything. What about their bottom line?

The closest peers that could find would be the newly listed RAMSSOL, CENSOF and probably MICROLN. The PE ratio for these companies are 37.05 times, 9.15 times and 38.32 times whereas ARBB is only 4.01 times currently.
On average, ARBB should deserve an 18.00 (conservative basis) times PE ratio to 24.01 times PE ratio (fair value) and 30.00 times in bull scenarios.
Hence, the share price should be:

18.00 times PE ratio under maximum dilution – 39.0 cents

24.01 times PE ratio under maximum dilution – 52.0 cents

30.00 times PE ratio under maximum dilution – 65.0 cents

In order words, ARBB is being traded at a high margin of safety

December is going to end very soon. According to the Company Arbb Director Mr Liew Kok Leong, Arbb should have news listed in Nasdaq. But the Fact is, until now they is 0% news about company listing Nasdaq. (1)Maybe the company facing trouble listing Nasdaq. (2) Maybe the listing of Nasdaq still in process. (3) No mather what is the reason, the Director Mr liew already announce the company will(must) listed in Nasdaq this december. But until now there is 0% news.According to the News, Director Mr Liew already announced Dec Arbb must listed in Nasdaq. until now, 0% news about Arbb listing Nasdaq. It show that Company Director Mr Liew word can not be trusted. The directer have no slame of talking lie to the share holder. But December still have 9 days to go. we see about that. (1) Arbb try to listed Nasdaq in the end of 2022. But No News come out. Fail. This is Arbb Styles, try do something, But no futher News come out. Asking for Money, Right issue, they do it Very well. A to Z, complieted it nicely. if doing Business, Listing Nasdaq, No futher News. No Explaination to investor! This is No Responsibility!
(2) Arbb, Director Mr Liew says, Arbb want to Be No.1 Tec Company in Malaysia. Question is: This Goal is so Unrealistic! If u says, Arbb want to be the Best of the Best Tech Company in Malaysia and Asian Worlds. U got Changes, and it is Realistic. But Be the No.1 Tech. What a lier, Lier Company. Fisrt it is not Realistic. Second, U are Not accurate enough, Not accurate to express what u want and what u want to do. For that, i am Disappointed with this Company.

(1) Never invest in something you dont know. The company management style is like THIS"confidential". We dont know what are they doing? what is they project? at the end, we small investor is in risk. Because we dont know what has we investment in.
(2) No matter How Big profit or Great protential of iot and erp market is in the future. Arbb this kind of company, is ok for Goreng only. Go back to the first Rule, Never inverst what you dont know!
