@Biscuitboy96, glove stocks people roughly understand what they are doing. There is an impact. Arbb even their IoT related to agriculture cannot be bought that easily. At least need to see….

This is a very very transparent company, they have totally nothing to hide! Quite the opposite of Serba Dinamik! Them downgrading to a shoplot auditor is totally logical and in line with their plans!

Avoid till concrete evidence that it's Nasdaq listing is already certain. Otherwise, it's speculation. or such a big activity, investment-wise, isn't it strange the owners are not excited to tell more and update the status?

Agreed with Bowman better play safe,wait till listing NASDAQ , and buy.
If listed NASDAQ, $1 also cheap,can buy.
Now 0.135 is very expansive ,high risk.

涉嫌欺詐偽造文件 Ageson執董面控

（吉隆坡10日訊）Ageson有限公司執行董事拿督斯里陳國鋒涉嫌欺詐和偽造文件，今早被帶上吉隆坡法庭面控。
昨日下午被警方延扣，並於今日在吉隆坡第三刑事庭被控。

據悉，陳國鋒涉嫌與公司另一名執行董事拿督斯里劉國良欺詐和偽造文件，警方在接獲多宗投保後展開調查。

 

此案是由怡保警察總部開檔調查，但轉到吉隆坡法庭提控。

根据星洲日报陈述“除了是Ageson有限公司執行董事，陳國鋒也是2家公共有限公司（PLC）的董事或股東，即ARB有限公司和Annum有限公司。” not me who says it. it is according to the Sin Chew News.

Arbb liew， 尽快将此人拘留审问， 免得他像刘特左卷款逃之夭夭。会计行一年换一个，再权威的会计行都不是侦探行，若出示假的involce会计行是很难辨别的，会计行的主要工作是做账，而不是像侦探一样查找出involce的真假。arbb, 一年换一个会计行，太可疑了？ 难道他们的帐很难做？会计行有钱不赚？ 非也， 而是当中有很多可疑的帐出现。 （2） Arbb， 申请Nasdaq， 可到Nasdaq官方网站查到arbb的申请ipo之进度，目前他们只停留在申请了F-1/A之表格，nasdaq的效率是很高，通常2-3星期就会回函与公司互动，但是Arbb 却没有与Nasdaq有任何的互动，据悉，不符合资格的公司，nasdaq压根不会回函。（3）公司没有任何的回馈小股东的举动，明确声明公司现在及往后不会给任何的股息(开门见山，这方面，我挺尊敬的）。既然没有股息，股价就要在很低的价钱才买入，小股东玩的是股价波动，赚价差。 但是大股东的股票数量确是很庞大的，却成本一股，据悉才几分钱。所以他们大股东都很有钱。没有诚信的公司，没有为社会带来价值的公司，股票是一文不值的。 （4）Ageson执行董事陈，终于出事了，殃及了Arbb的刘，报纸明文报导出来，两人涉嫌欺诈，伪造文件。 如此没有诚信的领导人物，有嫌疑在身，风险不是一毛钱股价便宜可以说清楚的，而是一文不值，完全不应该买如此的股票。看看近来的世霸，就可以说明问题。股价 RM 0.02。 其实应该更低的股价的。 人们宁愿相信Capital A， 面临破产的公司，多过这样欺诈，伪造的执行董事之公司，完全不能相信的。

Serbak 做假，股价至少都在1.50才开始被丢。
如果这家也做假，都不知道图什么呢
