Greedy speculator messing with shares. No fundamental. Major owners hold 70% shares all over. Sure anyone buys little already up 50%, already trigger bursa uma red light. My cost average down to below 25. Selling 275 and 28 all the way up. Hit 40 better. As long the major owners cornered shares, good luck those aiming higher. Trade safe.

My advice is not to buy LA or warrant:

(i) by surrendering nominal value of ICULS equivalent to the Conversion Price; or
nominal value
nominal value : 0.0750 , need to surrender 8 ICULS for 1 new share

(ii) by surrendering such number of ICULS together with cash such that in aggregate it amounts to the Conversion Price. that's mean u need to top up 52.5cents to convert a LA into mother.

Warrant needless to say, 200% premium, u buy la.

That's why u can see the mother's share price runs better than LA and warrant.

it will be more interesting on LA once the mother pass 60cents .. not interesting since currently every 4cents up , LA up half cent .. once mother share pass 60cents , it will lure more money to pump into the company..

The owners held 70% control. In market easy play. Speculators goes in stuck in middle. Only way is up and sell down else suffer lost if stop now. We sell along the way up. Lucky i sold some 27 275 Yesterday.

New owners singaporean and malaysian combined. Check history controls likely 50% direct, and15-20% old owners proxies, so direct/indirect 70% influence. Hope the new owners can combine their business using strong singapore dollar.
