Icon, I am with you, the company other division has been recognising losses of RM5-6m per quarter, if that is getting rid off, wow, RM3 is not a dream, definitely next year the company can make 12eps, worst case rm1.20

super911, you are right on this high AR + the need to repay current liability of around RM150k.. But on a separate note, they (might) obtain AR financing (for manufacturing) especially if your AR is denominated in stronger currency. Worse case scenario, they should have positive cash flow coming from their future project in 2016. Anyway secondly, at least we see that the inventory is decreasing despite having a substantial COS, hence at least we dun see inventory piling up.

Honestly, with or without correction, we all are confident that Comcorp is good based on latest good quarterly results and (signed) contract from future revenue. But still cant understand why people out there people is still hoping for XOX, Instaco or Comfort :)

A REALITY CHECK ON

On the surface Comcorp latest results looked impressive.

A closer scrutiny shows these signs for caution:

1)There is a Jump in Receivables from Rm69 Millions to Rm102 Millions
An increase of Rm32 millions in receivables.

Receivables are iou to be collected later. So wait for actual monies to be received to confirm real profit.

2)There is also a slight increase in both long term and short term borrowing costs.

3)And the surprise is - there is a drop in Net Cash position

As Comcorp price has suddenly surged so much Calvin calls for a sell on Comcorp into strength.

This established voice of wisdom,

"NEVER CHASE A SHARE AFTER IT HAS SUDDENLY GONE UP A LOT; AND NEVER TO SELL A SHARE AFTER IT HAS SUDDENLY GONE DOWN A LOT"

With Dow Jones now in a swoon just like year 1937 when FED tightens interest rate the world markets might be impacted. So please be cautious.

So easy to value a interim report then why we need an auditor
Cash isn't a big deal as long as it is enough and also the profit isn't bad, if you believe it is a drop you may check on EG latest interim report, may be you will drop your nut
