Yes i love undervalued stocks. According to my calculattion, the IV for Geshen is 85sen. I duno what u guys got it as.

Currently is trading at all time high of 65sen. I am not sure whether should i get a piece of this stock? Icon pls advice. I think this is the stock that u mentioned to me " quietly accumulating" since jan 2015

I don't rule out polyplas inflated latest year figures by a bit to get better pricing

But there are mitigating factors such as : (1) geshen in the industry so they will be able to gather intelligence to cross check （trust me, they usually know their competitors very well), (2）recent weak ringgit provides buffer (3) geshen own loss making operations are hived off (4) due diligence by auditors, etc

To ignore all the above and worry about fraud is same as worry about aerosplane crash on head

I mean, how many shares do i need to have in order for me to get one RCPS shares? Eg for Amprop, the ratio was 1 RCPS for every 2 AMPROP mother heald. For GeShen, the ratio was not stated in the proposal.

I see, so we are not entitled for the RCPS? Which is quite good too if the company placed out some 30mil shares for RCPS at 60sen.

I have got some news from insiders saying the company is proposing a free warrants later this year, just hope that it will happen soon.
