My friend work with thhe...... record another losses. Will keep dropping based on herd sentiment. However in dec they will get a new job i believe from Talisman. So expecting it will rebound on dec.

（吉隆坡8日訊）TH重工（THHEAVY,7206,主板貿服組）四周瀰漫著沉鬱的氛圍，其主要資產－－位於英達島的油氣製造廠，如今已近乎閒置，而其浮式生產儲油船艦（FPSO）則正在翻新中，預計只會到2016下半年才開始帶來盈利。
總的來說，若TH重工無法在明年首季奪得一項相當大的製造合約，該集團或將會陷入嚴重的困境，因目前該製造廠只剩下約3億令吉的訂單量而已。
如此一來，TH重工的命運很大程度上就得視國油公司總值10億美元的Baronia油田集中處理平台（CPP）合約。不過，根據國際油氣刊物的說法，韓國的現代重工業（HHI）看似正在領跑，把TH重工和夥伴－－McDermott國際拋在後頭。
在接受《The Edge》的專訪時，TH重工董事經理兼首席執行員諾巴帝直言Baronia油田CPP合約對該集團的重要性。“這一點至關重要，因為我們的製造廠到了明年6月將會完全歸零。如果你現在走入我們的廠房，它是（近乎）空的。”
對TH重工而言，與McDermott國際的合夥關係未有成效，有可能會連續第三次失掉由國油頒發的CPP合約。在最新的計劃下，國油共會派發5份CPP合約。
諾巴帝：營運環境具挑戰
諾巴帝指出，目前經授權的油氣製造商數量從6家增至8家，營運環境變得愈具挑戰性。儘管當中有多家關聯公司，惟國油近年來已站穩立場，純粹依據價格發放合約。
“國油是我們的衣食父母，我們沒甚麼可做的。”諾巴帝說道。
“我希望國油能夠採取不同的政策，雖允許海外競標者，但會優先考慮國內業者。”
競標奪標率低於20%
問：你的奪標率大約是多少？
答：在最近4或5項競標的結果出爐後，我們的奪標率已大不如前。之前的奪標率大約為20%，甚至有可能去到25%。
問：這在你的預期內嗎？
答：不。至到去年12月為止，我還是非常樂觀可奪得SK-136合約（國油5份CPP合約中的首份）。
問：當你告訴國油說你的製造廠已近乎空置時，他們如何回應？
答：他們說：“給我們開個好價格吧。”
寧可只是想著能省下多少錢，國油也應該看看所能創造的就業機會、能夠獲利的供應商數量。他們全都有繳稅，所以那些錢也會回流到大馬經濟，開發我們的廠商。
問：可是一般設想都認為國內業者並達不到標準。
答：不，如果我們達不到標準，最初就不會進入候選名單。從技術上而言，進入候選名單即是說我們是合格的。達到預審資格便代表我們是有能力的。
問：假設無法拿下Baronia油田的合約，在不久的將來，你預見TH重工會處在甚麼位置？
答：我們會重新檢討我們的業務計劃，看看除了依賴油氣製造以外，我們還能做些甚麼。（星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版）
