Verypoison, Private placement for THHeavy is someone is buying 10% of the company share. Total 52,796,345 with RM 0.80 per share. He had to pay nearly RM 42 Million. THHeavy cash account will be addition of RM 42 million but the outstanding share for THHeavy will increase from 1.057 billion share to 1.111 billion share made up THHeavy paid up capital will be 277,694,772 million.There will be a right issue coming later and the money will using to investing in the 2.7 billion work with was awarded this year from Nippon. some one is willing to paid RM 0.80 per share and now the share price is RM 0.55.

dragonfruits. Par value is a company that decide according to paid up capital and no of outstanding share. if you want to increase your par value to RM 0.50 your paid up capital will be the share but no of outstandng share will be decreasing to 50%.

If a investor seem there is a potential in a company there had to request for a private placement from the company major shareholder.If the investor want to buy the company share in a open market how much percent can he get,maybe less than 1% and the investor need to paid a higher price (more than RM 0.80) before he got the percent of share he needs.

wait for right issue exercise, the investor that brought RM 0.80 per share thought private placement there are waiting for right issue exercise and the cost of their share will be lower (10% outstanding share of THHeavy). If the share price hit RM0.80 after right issue how much there are going to make and moreover THHeavy had a contract worth RM 2.7billion for Nippon. Stock is for invest not for speculate.
