When it was going up from 17 sen to 25 sen who said it can break 30 sen? Now it retreat back to 19.5 sen, this is the best time to pick up. Buy cheap sell high. Isn't that what your guru taught in classroom??? hahha.. For me when it went up to 25 sen, I didn't chase lah...I sell. Now it fallen back, I buy lah...what else. Wait for it to go up again and regret not buying? Already said 25 sen is the most important resistant level. Once break it will go above 30 sen. Stay long term. LTH already invested heavily on this counter. No right...no wrong. Just follow the big players. If wrong we just cut loss ...lose a few K only. LTH will lose millions. Really worth a gamble. So I think it is good buy now at 20 sen. With a 5 sen profit potential.

As it stands now, THHE’s market capitalisation has shrunk to a mere RM235mil from its peak of RM1.1bil in February last year, when its share price hit RM1.03!

29.81% shareholding is as per Dec 2014. Now after RI subscribed at 0.25 total RM275million, TH shareholding easily above 50%

New market capital estimation should be abt "Rm500 milion" but its only priced at 0.20 currently...

RM 235 million - THHEAVY (0.195/0.20)
RM 275 million - THHEAVY-PB (0.25)

Since convertion THHEAVY-PB to THHEAVY is direct 1:1 , any price increase in THHEAVY will automatically increase THHEAVY-PB share value.

TH is the sole subscriber/shareholder for THHEAVY-PB, they just need to make sure/push THHEAVY price goes up so they wont lose money.

By default THHEAVY shares with billion worth project in hand, its should command a good market share price of RM0.50 X 2 (THHEAVY + THHEAVY-PB). Thats why in my earlier post, my personal own long term target for THHEAVY is up to 0.50++

For big players to push from 0.20 to 0.50 its just a matter of time, market sentiment & newsplay... can see how THHEAVY price move from 0.30 till 1.00++ in year 2013-2014.. it will automatically double their share value since THHEAVY PR can convert direct anytime. Just that currently market unstable and they are not those aggresive pusher maybe to avoid UMA etcs..

Oh.. ya.. before recent RI, just proposal only the price at 0.30 can push up till 0.455 within 1 month+ time only.

TH is smart.. they are actually holding shares that worth RM1.. just that they play it slow and steady.

Big player games, small players usually dont last long in their game.

Abt 300% up and fast... Mangkuk hayun laa...

Slow moving stock price +/- 0.005-0.01 daily not attractive for trading... if can move 0.03 - 0.10++, more big players will come join in. Market sentiment weak, still the price trading around support lvl 0.195/0.20.

After RI completed but price still below RI offer price.. how to attract other big players to join in if cant at least close gap up high the price above 0.25?

If can break then only will race up faster.. If just depend on retail players... price usually consolidate sideway or go lower.

The buying will come once the selling is finished...Reason the passiveness is to allow sellers to finish selling....looks like 19 sen support is stable now. 19.5 sen queue is slowly building up.. if the 20 sen resistant is finished, we can move higher.

Hi. I'm a newbie.

Can someone enlighten me what PN17 means? THHeavy used to be Ramunia. Then at 2008 TH became shareholder. But 2010 Ramunia went into PN17..? What does it mean? Shareholders money gone?

So is it safe if I accumulate lots of units now? THHeavy is still making loss. The future is unknown. Is it safe just by knowing LTH hold 30% share on this company?

Recent sell off due to RM currency sliding, fear of riot rally, bond pull out by foreigners, etcs.. so many bad market sentiments. The big players also ran to cover at support lvl 0.20+/-

Now more stable.. time to come out and push up back.
See 2nd half later if the strong buy continues and break >0.20.

The Energy Summit that will be held in London soon will give a significant impact to crude price..x worry too much..as Gas Producer Country and small oil producer..we will be ok as long as crude oil relatively stable above USD 45-55 even for 2-years...yes import a lot too for crude..however..set off with export gas..and less input cost as we pay in RM for local people and local company..hehehheeh..so ..masih ada untung..saja ja cakap rugi...pasal tak mau byq dividen byk kat gomen..eheheheh..:)

Ramunia last time when still in PN17 also can move strongly up from 0.19 (March 2010) till 0.75 (Feb 2011). Ramunia was in my watch list in 2011 when its price start to shoot up with news its going to exit PN17. With projects on hand worth RM208mil only that time and after exit PN17 its price was trading around 0.63.

Now history seems repeat again under THHEAVY with price 0.195 but not under PN17 status and with much bigger contract on hand worth RM2.9 bil.

Last year price drop from RM1 to 0.50 due to warrant expiry & RI proposal + bad rumours,
This year drop due to weak O&G market sentiment from 0.50 drop till 0.29, and rise back till 0.455 with new RI proposal. RI Drop from 0.455 till 0.25, 0.20, 0.18, 0.13..
The price pressed down play was indeed very obvious with small vol transaction and not much support.

Now after RI completed, the vol increased but price still haven't recover back its previous market capital share value.

I don't foresee why crude to be USD 30. Its just Goldman Sachs that well known to manipulate market and to buy below. Hehehe..the worst is over for crude oil at USD 40..in fact it will march now to build a base at USD 50 once its break next level USD 55-60..that's why you will see more accumulation afterwards being build within the oil and gas stocks..other than THHEAVY KNM PERISAI..PANTECH ALSO A GOOD BET..ALL THE BEST
