TH HEAVY ENGINEERING BERHAD ("THHE" OR THE "COMPANY") - EXTENSION OF TIME TO SUBMIT A REGULARISATION PLAN UNDER PRACTICE NOTE 17 OF MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS of BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD


Further to our announcement made earlier on 1 December 2021, the Board of Directors of THHE wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 1 December 2021, decided to:-

a) dismiss the Company’s further appeal for an additional six (6) months up to 22 April 2022 to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities for approval;

b) suspend the trading in the securities of the Company with effect from 9 December 2021; and c) de-list the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 13 December 2021 pursuant to Paragraph 8.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Securities, unless an appeal against the de-listing is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before 8 December 2021. The Company intends to submit an appeal to Bursa Securities and will make the necessary announcement in due course. This announcement is dated 1 December 2021.
