sorry my fault didnt read in detail, anyway this plan is good as it stated

The Proposed Share Capital Reduction:-
(i) will not result in any adjustment to the reference share price of the Company
or the number of Barakah Shares held by the registered shareholders; and
(ii) will not give rise to any change in the total number of issued Barakah Shares

this mean that there is no change in share number holding(dilute)nor price changing 股价不会给影响 股权也不会稀释！

reduction share capital doesn't affect share price nor the number of shares 1. Normally this reduction is to set off accumulated losses, errr in short, make their financial report looks healthier lor.

and oh ya it also for the purpose to get out from pn17 which barakah triggered on paragraph below

Paragraph 2.1(a) of PN17 of Listing Requirement as the shareholders’ equity of Barakah
on a consolidated basis is 25% or less of its issued share capital and such shareholders’
equity is less than RM40.00 million, calculated based on the unaudited interim financial
results of Barakah for the fourth quarter financial period ended (“FPE”) 31 December
2018; and

Paragraph 2.1(e) of PN17 of Listing Requirements as the external auditors of the
Company, Messrs. Crowe Malaysia, had express material uncertainty related to the
going concern of Barakah in the audited financial statements of FYE 31 December 2017
of Barakah and the shareholders’ equity of Barakah on a consolidated basis is 50% or
less of its issued share capital calculated based on the unaudited ...

I know many of u already knew this but there are peoples still confused.
the rise or fall of share price doesn't affect share capital of a company. Which means, when rise...the company would not gain capital from there.

on paper, the figures of share capital on equity balance sheet is gained during IPO, further additional capital would be via right issues / placement / convertible warrants etc..
