petroliam 是上游他很多project给sapura那些公司的 全部他的contrator都得暂停给新的project 可是之前颁布了进行中的可以继续。可是你们别忘了，sapura 那超过rm 2b 的已经够用几年了 ，还有villianze minsheng 还有阿拉伯石油公司给的project没有写出来
