Siapa yang nak tipu siapa?

Tak boleh bayar gaji nak salahkan staff. Lepas tu nak paksa staff kerja walaupun tak bayar 3 - 4 bulan gaji. Bagi macam2 excuse. Hari ini, kalau tak bayar gaji, semua staff kat Kemaman akan resign. Tak payah tipu2 orang lagi lah!

ini company memang konfirm lingkup. rasa gaya macam md dia ni yang jawab.
semua salah orang lain. sub-con semua dia tak nak bayar, kami staff pun tak nak bayar gaji. kami dari tingkat 29 kena turun duduk 27 macam sardin. gaya macam monyet lompat sana sini. semua kena tibai, tapi bukan salah kami. contractor tak nak bagi service pasal tak kena bayar hutang berlambak. bukan salah kami. duit pergi mana, kena tanya lah.

The concession areas are the Sunken Barrier Shoal, Hayter Shoal and Bunbury Shoal, all of which are about 55km offshore from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah but the company did not state the value of the concession. The concession is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2023 onwards, until it expires.

Berita bagus juga ni. Tapi lepas dengar cerita2 kat pantry tadi, rasa pelik juga announcement ni. Kata Handal 49% tapi yang 51% owner (proxy MD handal) tidak ada keluarkan duit untuk kontract ini. Jadi kalau harap Handal nak bayar, sampai bila gaji kami tertunda bayaran lagi? bila nak buat annoucement kontract2 crane tu dah kena suspense? kami dok kena tibai tiap hari dari depan belakang. vendors semua dah mengamuk!

Can clearly be seen that the gemuk MD is behind those rude statements. It's his style of communicating. Major reason why the company is sinking is because of that gemuk buntut tu. He doesn't know how to be professional. Treats clients and employees like dirt.

Brags that he knows this person that person but nobody wants to be in business with him. Where is all his so called contacts?

His a keyboard warrior. Thrives on threatening employees with show cause letters, salary being held back and force resignation.

This mongeral is a con artist. He has the audacity to still seek for new employees when he isn't paying the current ones.

Haha I am not Sunideep nor have I ever met him, but through my positions I did witness his ability to develop and transform companies.

He did fantastic things at Sabah Air and built borneoseaoffshore group from zero.

Once this sand concession is functioning, it will generate enormous profits whilst having minimal capex or increase in debt.

Leaders that produce results like that are what you should invest in, and Handle Group has one of the best.

Just because you are a disgruntled and terminated former employee, this has no impact on the success of the Handle Group.

Management dulu tak sebegini tapi Handal juga jadi mangsa untuk buat business tak beretika. Kalau sand concession project itu bagus sangat, kenapa tak pakai seaoffshore saja? Boleh sapu 100% profit?
Jadi kenapa nak pakai Handal? apa yang Handal ada yang seaoffshore tak ada? Handal tak ada engineer, tak ada commercial, tak ada operation. Semua tak dah... semua dah resign. Yang baru masuk pun dah nak resign.
