Gcap still bleeding. How can gcap generate sufficient profit to pay the 5% or rm5.2 millions annual interest ??? New mini hydro plants take about 2 years to construct before generating meagre income.
Unless Gcap loop in a powerful and rich party else no catalyst for the price to go up.
