辉德多元（FITTERS 9318）日前宣布斥资3477万令吉在公开市场买进电脑纸（CFM 8044）的4.54%母股和4.78%凭单，岂料，电脑纸和凭单股价在接下来两个交易日暴跌，引起市场热议。

为什麽会买进电脑纸母股及凭单？辉德多元昨日向大马交易所解释，表示看好电脑纸进军电动车业务前景，才决定买进。辉德多元说：「大马电动车市场目前呈高度成长。」

“Fitters乐观地认为，政府在国内推广下一代汽车的举然动汽车的需求，我们预计CFM将从这一趋势中受益。”

该集团还澄清了CFM通过合资企业进入电动车的价值，称CFM与曼谷上市的Energy Absolute Public Company Ltd合作，在马来西亚联合生产和销售电动车和电动车充电器。

“相信从长远来看，该合资企业将对其未来的收益做出积极贡献，因为马来西亚的政策是在2022年至2040年期间减少化石燃料的消耗，增加电动汽车的使用，最高可达37%。”

关于拿督斯里彭昭发，Fitters澄清说，他是Fitters的最大股东，持有4805万股，占7.9%的股份。彭周发还持有1.4517亿股，即54.25%的CFM股份。
