This is good company, nobody can deny, but with this target price.... really scary. recently so much policies to cool down the property price also. If other big developer face problem, this one how exclude? You can goto study property market now. how about next year GST? any affect?

companies listed in property index, the highest is TAHPS @ RM 7.80., followed by SPB @ RM 5.33. Then EcoWld is the third. SP Setia only @ RM 2.98. So is this counter overpriced?

Sunway - NTA: 3.1000, EPS: 66.07, price now: 2.9x
EcoWld - NTA: 1.2700, EPS: 0.31, price now: 4.7x

why sunway just 2.9x, can somebody? This is reason why i say, if can 8, sunway can 80 (based on last quarter result).

Maybe the selldown of Ecoworld is because of the share placement? Placees, if its insiders, would like to buy their shares at low price, so they would not want the stock to go up too much prior to the placement. But after the placement, it's another story - they can allow it to move higher.
