thats very conservative calculation. you need to factor in the new unbilled sales as ecoworld is a new company. another 2 to 3 yrs u will see the best property company in klse

Hi let me teach u! The took all the brains/essence from SP to EW. Also the reputation.trust for TS..And yet SP only left shell...When u c the EW pass by other big developers then u oni buy is too late...Like 20 yrs ago what the price of houses and nw how much? even bubble the price will back eventually. u think the material,construction cost will drop? Please realistic..today everything is expensive and house the same..alot ppl willing to buy EW of their concept of sustainable and green compare with other small developer.. why? then u ask urself y there r ppl choose BMW/Benz/Audi compare with kancil even the price so expensive.... use ur BRAIN!!!
It was reported n cautioned Singaporeans about the over-supply situation in Iskandar by over 33% compared with national average of 7% by CNN . I think they will have 2nd thought to buy any houses here.
(The Edge) Eco World to build Eco Marina in Penang Eco World Development Group Bhd (April 17, RM1.86) Maintain buy with a target price of RM2.35: Eco World Development Group Bhd (ECW) announced that it had received a letter of award (LoA) from the Penang Development Corporation for the proposed acquisition of 299.64 acres (121.26ha) of 99-year leasehold land for RM730.93 million (at RM56 per sq foot [psf]) for mixed development, and proposed leasing of a 150-acre piece of land for 30 years (with 30-year renewal option) for the development of an international standard golf course for RM65.34 million (at RM10 psf).
ECW will be planning a major township development, Eco Marina, worth RM10 billion with 60% residential and 40% commercial properties with water-fronting facades.
While the proposed land acquisition at RM56 psf may appear high, this could be due to the 2.5km coastline that results in the premium pricing.
Nevertheless, the total purchase consideration of RM796 million only accounts for 8% of Eco Marina’s gross development value which underscores ECW’s confidence in rolling out a successful township development.
ECW’s board is currently reviewing the detailed terms of the LoA and more information on the deal will be furnished upon its acceptance.
Assuming that Eco Marina is developed over 15 years, it will increase our revalued net asset value (RNAV) by RM0.25 or 8% of our RM2.97 RNAV.
We continue to like ECW for the proven and impeccable track record of its key senior executives, who have helped the developer to establish a strong branding among property buyers.
at least we have been advising all to buy when it was RM2 or when it was RM5.30. we are not like masterpeace. he advise u to buy when it was RM5 and ask you to sell when it is RM1.83
beso, you already too late for tech company. u should invested 1 month ago. look at ghlsys from rm0.8 to RM1.2), mpay from RM0.20 to RM0.30, ock from RM0.60 to RM0.99. i would say many penny stocks is more dangerous. whether u go rich or u go bankrupt. even hovid also increases from RM0.33 to RM0.54. siao mer!!!
