but i honestly believe property counter will not be exciting this year. i used to buy e&o between RM1.70 to RM1.90 and hold for 2 yrs. i was lucky to sell at RM2.95. it shot up to RM3.13 before going down to RM1.97 today. same goes to ecoworld. i think the result will only be impressive at least 2 years after all corporate exercise are completed. so at the meantime, hold on for rough ride :)
