Eco World Development Group may fall further after breaching
the MYR1.77 level in its latest session. Traders may expect further
weakness if the stock stays below this level in the near term,
with the next support level anticipated at MYR1.54. The stock may move sideways
or rebound further if it recovers back above the MYR1.77level,

As you can see from the comments, many people want to buy this counter :-). Shark will not be around if there is no food. Do you think people are so free to put negative comment here daily?
There is only for one reason.
Hold tight, the next biggest event will be SPAC.

For those think that price has dropped, let me show you some scenario.

Let's say you bought at 2.4 before right issue

2.4
2.4
You pay 1.2 (for 1 right issue)
You paid RM6

After right issue you own 3 shares at today closing price
1.79 * 3 = RM 5.37
Warrant = 0.68 * 0.8 =0.544
Price now =5.37+0.544 = 5.914 , you made a lost of 0.086

If your purchase price was 2.5 you make a lost of 0.28

If you sold the warrant earlier, you should make some profit.
Anyway, don't be distracted by all these noise of dropping. The above is only showing you that market is adjusting the price to the previous level before right issue begins. Ecoworld fundamental has not changed a bit except the future prospect and plan are still on track.

Results in line
• ECW reported 1QFY15 earnings of RM3.1m, on the back of
RM158m revenue. This includes contribution from Eco

Outlook
Sales going strong
• ECW achieved RM621m sales as at Feb15, of which 53%
came from Iskandar Malaysia (IM). This underpins the
unrivalled market confidence towards ECW’s launches,
which continue to be well-received despite the challenging
market at IM. Meanwhile, unbilled sales stood at RM3.1bn,
offering strong earnings visibility
• The Group will be launching four new projects in FY15: Eco
Sanctuary@Shah Alam (RM8bn GDV), Eco Terraces@Penang
(RM340m), Eco Tropics@IM (RM3.4bn) and Eco Business
Park 3@IM (RM2bn). We believe it is on track to achieve
RM3bn sales target this year given its focus on lifestyle
township development, where the initial registrations for its
upcoming launches have received overwhelming response.
• With the completion of the acquisition of development
rights, ECW currently owns 4,950 acres of land bank worth
RM55bn GDV which are strategically located in property
hotspots in the Klang Valley, Penang and Johor.
Valuation
We retain our RM2.35 TP, which is based on 20% discount to
our RNAV (prior to 20% placement). We continue to like ECW
for the proven and impeccable track record of its key senior
executives, who have helped the developer to establish strong
branding among property buyers.

Hi let me teach u! The took all the brains/essence from SP to EW. Also the reputation.trust for TS..And yet SP only left shell...When u c the EW pass by other big developers then u oni buy is too late...Like 20 yrs ago what the price of houses and nw how much? even bubble the price will back eventually. u think the material,construction cost will drop? Please realistic..today everything is expensive and house the same..alot ppl willing to buy EW of their concept of sustainable and green compare with other small developer.. why? then u ask urself y there r ppl choose BMW/Benz/Audi compare with kancil even the price so expensive....
