Even the previous MAJOR shareholder (the late Tan Sri LIm Goh Tong's son) held and controlled the company for 15 years and didn't manage to add value or enhance the company value, and finally had to sell off his entire stake at 16 sen per share last month..........pity those who bought into this counter earlier this year when it was pushed up to 71 sen for no reason or positive development in the company......sigh......
The new shareholder will likely stop supporting the share price once the deadline for minority shareholders to accept the current MGO @ 16 sen is over..... be careful....
To announce that who's bought at 0.40 cent above don't need rush to sell out and you can keep it and wait for rebound. Don't be stupid to accept the unconditional offer... at 0.16 cent
Bcos the new boss just take over the company and they intend to maintain DATAPRP at listing status at main board market, so don't worry about your own share just keep it and wait for second time rebound just sell out...
DATAPRP intend to maintain listing status now, so they need to remain a least 25% share for public at open market ... so the price moving will decide by open market not the major shareholder buying price at 0.16 cent... "willing buy and willing sell" is between previously boss and new boss, it will not affect people who bought share at open market current price...
New boss keep to increasing their shareholding percentage at DATAPRP that means after company restructuring they have confident to turn around the company to profitable...if not they will decrease share via open market and transfer the risk to othe shareholder... to bear the losses...
It is time to buy this Dataprep shares. Yes, the new boss has nothing to gain by delisting the stock. As a matter of fact, he has everything to lose if delisted. Dataprep is here to stay. No worry guys. Just buy and hold long term.
offerer have been rejected by minority shareholder to acquire all the share at 0.16 cent, game and show is mostly finish, is time to push up the price to let the offerer buy back at open market...
I see this stock is deep undervalued and even relatively cheaper. The stock has also been shared with Singapore, U.S. and U.K. investors too. Could potentially LIMIT UP! See below link:
