这一个分支比较精彩，因为这个部门是做了最多企业活动的一个。

主力暂时为Volksbahn Technology（VBT），主要做Fiber optic光纤服务的，目前已经与Celcom 和 Umobile签署了各10年的合约，管理层表示接下来的几个月其他telco operators比如Digi和Maxis会陆陆续续成为其客户。

同样的，VBT也跟Prasarana签署了一项15年的光纤供应和维修合约，此计划目的是确保轻快铁和捷运的网路连接。

公司以股代息派发，账面上无损现金流。之后再把股价压得更低然后回购，成本价位就更低。公司再把价抬高然后出货，这是高招。

新业务料贡献显著　实康明年盈利趋好

（吉隆坡14日讯）基于新业务有望从明年开始带来正面贡献，实康工程（SALCON，8567，主板贸服股）乐观看待该公司2018財政年（12月31日结账）盈利趋好。

主要从事水务及污水处理服务的实康工程，在近年通过联营伙伴的方式，將业务多元化至產业发展、科技服务、运输供应和中国旅游电子商务，当中，產业发展业务的首个房產项目「res280」工程也接近尾声。

实康工程执行董事梁国华在股东大会后向记者指出，隨著位于士拉央的家居办公单位项目res280于今年10月份交付，该公司今年下半年预期將认列大笔一次性收益。res280房產项目发展总值（GDV）为1亿5750万令吉。

有別于其他產业发展商，实康工程採纳新的大马会计准则（MFRS），即待房產项目竣工后，才认列营业额和盈利贡献。这也导致该公司產业发展业务在2016財政年蒙受4900万令吉亏损。

竞標22亿水务合约

「不过，水务及污水处理业务依旧是实康工程的核心业务，是主要收入来源。目前，我们正在大马及斯里兰卡竞標总值22亿令吉的合约，且在日后有意竞標无收益水处理合约。」

截至目前，该公司水务及污水处理业务手持订单总值为6亿4500万令吉。

至于新业务，梁国华坦言，虽然光纤电缆建设项目和中国旅游电子商务等的初始投资成本，导致实康工程2017財政年首季（截至3月31日止）陷入亏损，但长期而言，多元化活动料有利于公司的盈利。

他指出，光纤业务子公司Volksbahn科技私人有限公司（VBT）已经在约50个轻快铁及单轨列车站轨道安装光纤，且与本地6个电讯公司，包括天地通、数码网络和UMobile私人有限公司签署移动回传及场地租赁服务合约。

「因此，我们相信，光纤业务会在接下来將为企业带来显著盈利贡献；然而，由于服务收费取决于使用量，我们无法提供確实的合约价值。」

针对旅游电子商务业务，梁氏认为，隨著中国旅客日益增加，加上支付宝在大马通行，涉足中国旅游电子商务平台將有助于它攫取当中的商机，为企业开拓新的收入来源。阿里巴巴旗下飞猪（Fliggy.com）旅游平台用户將近2亿5000万人。
