Hi Sasopi87 : Are you talking about Mahsing ? If yes, how long have you waited?

Just would like to share with you that I started to follow up this counter since 2007 and started accumulating since Sep 2009. Only until 2013, I see a significant movement. I will keep this counter for many years down the road if the trend of its business continues. Therefore I conclude that long term investment is a lonely game. What do you think ?

hi bsngpg, u kept this stock for so long already, how the dividend given for this stock annually?is that better then kept cash in bank? furthermore, u bought early very cheap that time..esp during 2009..smart loh

Hi Kutty : Div in Sep 13 is 76 sen @ 2.36= 3.2%. Is it better than bank ?
I forecast eps of 2013 is 23sen. With committed minimum 40% DPO, div for 2014 is 9.2sen=3.9%. Eps for another year will be 26sen and div 10.4sen=4.4%. This yield may not be attractive to investors who go in now but since my average entry price is lower, my yield is higher and it is about similar to rental rate from a normal shop. So I treat Mahsing as a shop which gives reasonable rental while appreciating along.
The most critical condition is that its business continues with the current trend which is something I need to follow up closely.

23 Aug will announce 2nd quarter report. Sin Chew Jit Poh, Malaysia - Mah Sing Q 2 Net Profit Might Hits RM80 Million. Let's see if company hits analyst estimation.

Hi, Kutty, dont hesitate, if you got extra in the bank, you should invest in Mahsing since the mother price is low now, you can keep it for short- mid term or mid-long term, but of course not buying 1 or 2 lot lah, perhaps can buy at least 10 lots for short-mid terms while waiting for the 2nd quarter report :)

quarterly results likely be issued today or early next week based on historical dates. If results and fundamental permits -> good press -> share price naik. Else, if prices remained sideways, prices likely naik end of the month, or early next month before ex-date.

My point, price will naik. =)

with ringgit weaken to 3.27, foreign investors (own 28% of mah sing) will cabut, get ready to buy at 2.20-2.25, maybe later average down at 2.00-2.10. khazanah and pnb might snap up shares like there's no tomorrow thus preventing share price to free fall. they already makan spsetia and sunrise

At least I know that you are not a patient investor. From historical trend, you and Mahsing are not the right match, unless Mahsing change today onward. In order to end mind torture, divorce is an option. Then find a sexy girlfriend elsewhere for happier life.

sept is dividend.. nt bonus =-='' ppl are worried about US tapering which might affects property sector.. depends on wat is ur stance on it, u will either stuck with the stock or earn a lot when the tapering effect is nt as great as everyone think..

YiStock.....remember, the high growth era for Maybank is over, can you name a blue chips with similar potential? Cold eye just 事后孔明。not much people can hold a stock for so many years. entry point is crucial in any investment, so do risk.
pull back is a buying opportunity, but averaging down is a bad idea. i mean better wait the stock to drop to an "investable" level than only buy.

yet mahsing is not maybank...run run...why wait when the foreigners are running...if they come back i will surely come back also...so now is the time to dump mahsing shares...not worth waiting for now
