For 2nd half 2013, property stock not a good option. Banks are tightening the borrowing. Sales of property will be affected added by soften economy. Dont forget, our gdp is mainly derived from domestic consumption.

Made decisions after the release of quarterly report?
Most of other construction counters made a decent earning this quarter and MAHSING should also be the same, besides, 7.5cent dividend coming, so I don't see any reason to dump MAHSING at current level.
