mahsing valuations is still cheap at 10 to 11 times compare to uems's 27-28 times, spsetia 16 times. gearing is not excessive as at end-1Q was 0.19x, which should increase to at most 0.4x by end of the year after including part of the staggered payment for the acquisition of three landbank for RM625m PLUS unbilled sales of RM3.6 billion

Looking at the 5 year chart for MAHSING, this stock has a very good uptrend graph, with the exception of Jan-Sep 2011, where it went up before dipping back heavily. The spike in May is very similar to the spike up in Jan 2011, in terms of pattern and the increase in volume. Hope it doesn't dip like the Sep 2011 dip. If yes, that means going back to 2.00+-
