This market is very lethargic, it only takes one of the stocks like UEMS, MAHSING, SKPETRO or DIALOG to fall, the rest will follow.

nope no break. airfare doing raya is cut throat so staying put in KL. i threw some shares, but still keeping alot. yours is a better strategy :)

great stock , best exposure to property in penang, kl, iskandar and now sabah but vulnareble to capital flight from foreign shareholders, they won't look at valuation and just exit since ringgit is weak

My opinion, this is a good counter. Constant growth in EPS year over year. Is only suitable for fundamental followers. Averaging downward when price down should be able to help you gain profit especially in current "trading market". Dividend of 7.5 sen should help to lower down your acquisition cost per share. For contra player, definitely not so suitable.
