Expected completion date is q2 i.e. Apr to Jun 18, meaning you can buy LPI to entitle for bonus issue at anytime from now till the further annoucement date by the company.

LPI fundamental no good, buy Carlsberg is better.
Carlsberg still low, I hv some at RM11, very slow.
And dividend almost same as LPI.
Vizione fundamental very good, zero debt...
Quarter result will come out, anytime will going to 0.23

the proxy form is in the annual report sent to shareholders, just fill in necessary information (your info + proxy info) then submit to share registrar few days before AGM then fine..
