2017 q1 quarter with forex loss 134.362m due to USD loan 658m and RMB loan 477m
now RM strengthen..coming qtr at least 282m(148+134) even without forex gain

Think about it as u r gonna be given share of a bigger company, when u invest, u invest in the business and do not be short sighted. So do you think by forming a new company they are going to expand their business? If yes that means EPS will increase. Of course business takes time to grow, not like few days or few months, so it is quite useless if u everyday look at the price and drop 1 cent like very big business.

fatcow is correct. hold till end of fy17 and sure will durian runtuh. fluctuations in the share price is expected but all the catalysts for upside for PM are still intact. go attend the AGM and ask the BOD if want more info about the prospects.

nelson, pls understand that he coming exercise is not a bonus, it is an exchange, 1 pmetal share for 1 new co share; after that Pmetal will be delisted and the newco shares will take its place on the bursa. if you sell all your shares in Pmetal, you will get zero shares in the newco.
