Omg if you said 55% finish but only report 3m profit of this 55% job done. Die already after done 100% meaning ekovest going to made losses again? Duke 1&2 +55% RTS done report only 3m profit in this quarter. That is a very bad news. Construction is base on % of completion to recognised profit 55% complete but can not gain profit. Maybe the material cost and inflation more that the project sum tender. Die lol

For RTS I think SMRT is the one making profit. The contractor is only small amount of profit. So the ekovest 55% done but no much profit go to their pocket.

Skp 1 quarter 27.07m =Ekovest 27 months. Skp 1 years = ekovest 108 months. This is real show at quarter result. And construction profit margin is very low 10 to 5 % only if for RTS. No hope 55% done +Duke 1&2 only 3m profit

Contractor is base on contract sum to build the RTS. After everything done 100% pass the RTS to owner. So the contract ended. For ekovest 55% done but profit 3m or lesser because 3m is Duke 1&2 +55% RTS. Currently the inflation and material cost is increase a lot. The cost maybe more than tender sum already. Sale first wait 0.25 issued new share 50% diluted soon.
