Nick the 3000 acres land is located in Lembah Beriah wholly owned by Mkland...Mk also has another 1000 acres land in Bukit Merah...According to Mustapha he plans to sell some of the land to foreign investors as a joint venture collaboration to develop the massive land...So Mkland might limit UP one fine day following tis development...probably another IWCITY in the making...everything can happen in the stock market...Who could 've imagine IWcity could rise fm 0.70 all the way to 2.80 in a short time...Tis is a crazy Stock Market frenzy! In the heyday during its glory day, Mkland was trading at 3.50-4.00...Nowaday it has been beaten down n punished all the the way down to 0.30 though they are still profitable...very unjust n sad ending!
Kktom...he n datuk kasi are the largest shareholder owning up to 65% of the company...Don't you think it is easy for him to push up the price up to his liking...Old is okay the most important thing is got huge fund to push up the price...
Target price 2.00 in 10 yrs time Nick....without tis price I won't sell a single share...I will give them 10 yrs time to return back to its former glory...
Latest news...Datuk Kasi disposed Mk shares reduced his stake to just 16%...So who bought his shares? What is his motives behind his disposal???? No wonder high volume for the last few days...
Posted by nemesis : I just wondering why he reduced his stake in the company....Good OR Bad?
He sold 10 million shares at RM0.315 each. He is still holding 193 million shares. Disposed about 5% of his holdings. Difficult to find good reasons for a CEO/Director to sell off shares in a company he manages. There are many reasons, he could have been holding in trust for someone and time is up for him to give it back. Or he need to sell off to cover his margin call. Many CEOs pledged their shares to banks for various reasons. These are more neutral reasons which are not due to company performance.
For him to sell at this price in the current bull market run is really something minority shareholders should be vary of.
But why he sold it at low price? Can't he just wait till 0.60 then only dispose..he is on the losing end disposing at such a cheap price...is he rational? Now the most important thing we should know is who bought the shares tat he disposed?
It seems tat Datuk Kasi is creating volume n ramping mkland up for him to dispose at higher price...he might dispose more shares soon...Tis is good news as kasi's disposal might attract a takeover exercise of Mkland...something is brewing!
Something is brewing....Mkland might have a new substantial shareholder with the disposal of Datuk Kasi...It is a good news if Mustapha can bring in New blood to the company...
